Payroll and Labor Management Standard Edition (PLMse)

The Payroll and Labor Management Standard Edition (PLMse) is designed for organizations wishing to eliminate administrative waste, fraud, and inaccuracies in their payroll process by deploying cutting-edge biometric data collection technology and easy to use administrative software.

The PLMse handles an unlimited number of employees in organizations with up to two separate business locations.  The number of employees is limited to the capacity and number of biometric devices deployed (see biometric device specs for capacity information). The PLMse includes a vast set of business rule options, attendance tracking capabilities, built-in history module, built-in audit module and a full suite of standard reports.

As employees clock in and out, biometric devices collect time stamped attendance transactions.   The biometric readers are polled via the PLMse software and an attendance log clearly displays employee attendance information by location, department, job, activity and shift.  The attendance log makes the task of reviewing, editing and approving attendance records as easy as possible.  Each record is flagged with an input flag; since a large majority of the records will be biometric – the transaction's accuracy can be depended upon. Supervisors can shorten the time needed for the review and approval process by focusing on any manually edited records. Supervisors can also split time across multiple departments, jobs, shifts or activities allowing accurate job costing.

Numerous standard reports are included.  Additionally, data can be exposed to third party tools via ODBC, or end users can create their own custom reusable reports via the PLMse report writing tools.

You will complete the payroll process in one of two ways.  If you use a payroll service, you can forward electronic pay period reports to your service provider in a variety of formats.  If you use an internal payroll package, you can import compiled period data directly into your payroll package.
